We offer a 100% no quibble, money back guarantee on our individual or boxes of watches. In the event of you not being happy with any product you order from us, please return it to us within 21 days for a refund, credit or exchange to the address below.
Your right to cancel
The Distance Selling Regulations give you the right to change your mind and cancel an order within seven working days. If you do decide to cancel, then you should put this in writing, whether by letter (a proof of postage certificate or even recorded delivery would be wise) or you can fax or e-mail. In most instances you will have already received your order so you will need to return it to us.
How much does delivery cost?
Our standard delivery charge for individual watches is £1.95 and is via Royal Mail within 5-7 days. Our box collection deliveries are by courier within 3 days and need to be signed for and the cost for this is £5.50.
How do I return something?
To return something:
- Email us at customerservices@tiempo.co.uk to tell us you are returning something
- Package up the return and enclose a covering letter stating:
- Your name
- Your Address
- Your invoice number
- Why you are returning the items
- What you want us to do – i.e. replace it or give you a refund
- We recommend you return by registered post to ensure a safe receipt.

We'll refund you within about 21 working days of receiving the goods. If the product is not in perfect condition we reserve the right to refuse a refund. Your statutory rights aren't affected.
Where do we deliver to?
We deliver to anywhere in the UK mainland. We deliver using our standard service.
Do we deliver abroad?
Get in touch with us if you don’t live in the UK mainland and we can quote you separately – drop us a line at at sales@tiempo.co.uk if you are interested.
Can I have my order delivered to my work or another address other than my home?
Yes you can have your order delivered to anywhere on the UK mainland This is the case even if it's your first order with us.
I have not received my order
It could be that our courier has already tried to deliver it, but as all our deliveries need to be signed for they will have left you a card explaining:
- Where they have left it with – i.e. a neighbour may have signed for it for you
- A number to call to arrange a redelivery or pick up
If you have not received a card and are concerned with your delivery please feel free to email us at customerservices@tiempo.co.uk with details and we will review if for you within 48 hours. Please include the following information:
- Your name
- Your address
- Your invoice number
